Meet Taylor Volmrich, a dynamic professional at the intersection of fitness, empowerment, and education. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, complemented by a minor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, Taylor embodies a holistic approach to wellness and inclusivity. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Personal Trainer and former varsity collegiate rower, Taylor combines academic expertise with practical experience to guide individuals towards their fitness goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential, Taylor is dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
